1. Undercut Anchor Installation Method.
The undercut anchor installation method uses professional undercut hole drilling machine to drill holes on the back of the stone, and then connects with aluminum fixing brackets or aluminium channels & steel channels after inserting the undercut anchor. This method achieves stress-free installation and avoids stone damage. It has the characteristics of simplicity, earthquake resistance, safety and reliability, is widely used in the exterior wall cladding and interior wall cladding of high-rise and large public buildings.
2. Dowel Pin Installation Method.
The dowel pin installation method is a traditional connection method for stone facades that is fixed by inserting dowel pins through holes punched on the side of the stone, can be used with a flat head bolt and z anchor or other types of stainless steel brackets. Low cost and easy installation, it is widely used in exterior wall dry hanging projects in various countries.
3. Slotted Installation Method.
The slotted installation method is to open slots at the upper and lower ends of the stone and inserts stainless steel brackets or aluminum fixing brackets. This method improves wind pressure resistance, is not easy to damage the stone during installation, has strong adaptability, and can meet the installation requirements of stones of different specifications and shapes in wall cladding projects.
4. Hook Installation Method.
The hook installation method is to make a slot on the back of the stone and connect it with a 135° stainless steel hook. This method is simple, fast, and low-cost, and the stainless steel fixing bracket is corrosion-resistant and has strong bearing capacity, which makes the hook-type connection have advantages in the installation of outdoor stone curtain walls.
5. Stainless Steel Channel Fixing System Installation Method.
The channel fixing systems can work with different types of stone anchor connection methods, there are two types of stainless steel channels: U type and C type, used for the walls that are not flat and have different gap requirements, can be adjusted in different directions.
In summary, choosing a suitable stone facade installation method requires comprehensive consideration of actual needs and engineering conditions to ensure installation quality and safety of use.
